Approach:
As an accredited testing laboratory in accordance with EN ISO/IEC 17025, we support our customers in demonstrating the safety, reliability, and comfort of new vehicle models — a crucial step on the path to approval and optimization in operation. The focus is on whether the new vehicles meet the requirements for running behavior, ride comfort, and occupational safety. To this end, we record all relevant parameters in accordance with applicable standards and customer-specific specifications – the basis for a transparent and reliable assessment.
More than 40 sensors are installed on the vehicle and the tests are carried out on a route network in Germany. This provides a good representation of real-world conditions.
We use our proprietary ACQUA® software solution for data acquisition. It enables seamless real-time recording of all sensor signals directly on board. Any anomalies can be immediately detected, evaluated, and logged – a decisive advantage for the safety and efficiency of the campaign.
